SLOW BROWSING & DOWNLOADING

I am javed raza employ of PTCL department as a CSR --- EPI # 10034422
I have dsl line for employ package. But speed is very slow just like the dileup
line 56k/s why ptcl can provide the best rate of 1mb speed who called of provider ?. ??????????? why?

sir agar 24 hour ma dsl ka problem theak nahi howa to dsl nikal kar la jana ma bill nahi do ga ..........
