UPGRADE OF 2 MB OF SPEED

dear sir i have complain about dsl speed of 2 mb.i m using 1 mb speed and requested for 2 mb speed on 1218.they told me that u have already 2mb speed.but on my computer it is 1 mb.then they said that in 24 hours your problem of upgrade of 2 mb speed will be address but after 3 days there is still same problem.now i call on 1218 but they do not recive my call.plz solve my problem thanks
