Pathetic-Dont even get it by mistake.Highly highly highly disappointed customer.

Firstly, i have qubee for only about 15 days. Since i got qubee connection i m having frequent disconnection. the signals drops after every 2 min and it takes around 5 min or sometimes more time to get connected again. This is happening although i have the high gain antenna. so it took me five tries to send this message
Secondly, i have complained about 6 times in 15 days and got reply only twice i got a response and when i got a response whoever called they said i will get a call from their team and they will visit me on that day. this happened twice with me. They called and told me team will call but no one contacted.
It has been a week since this happened. Finally i went to their outlet today and there also they said we will send ur complain with a high priority but same result.

Qubee is an subsidiary of augere limited however they do not have any sense of responsibility. they dont have the business or consumer ethics. The worst customer service of anything i have ever experienced. i called helpline but what can they do until the management is responsible. They forward the complain but no one responses. I m a website owner and my business is on internet however due to this me and my website visitors have been experiencing inconvenience and i have never felt so disgusted about any product or service.

I think qubee should just quit their operations, pack their bags and go back to where they belong cause they cannot handle the business.

First of all I am sorry to hear that you have had such a bad experience with Qubee.Trust me Qubee service is not as bad as you think.I do agree you must have faced some issues ,wimax device works on an algorithm and if you move it even a cm from its respected place it may give issues.If the high gain antenna is moved it will do the same.I dont think any one is giving high gains and all such services here in Pakistan I suggest you call Mr Mujtaba Karim hs number is 0300-8218601.He is a wonderfull guy and manages customer care contact center at Qubee. I am sure if you contact him or leave your number here he will definitely help you as I've been helped and TRUST me these guys are damn professional and exceptionally courteous so my experience is good and I suggest you contact him

Qubee works fine with me, once I changed antenna location and then couldn't able to fix that , i called call center they talked very politely and next day person from qubee called and came and fixed the antenna.

I am customer from January 2010 and fully satisfied with services

nothing personal but i saw ur comments on other qubee complaints as well. R u a qubee employee. and i had a very bad experience with qubee. The story i wrote above is not a made up story and i had the worst experience and i already told how many calls and how much time it took me.
i m not saying that they dont talk politely but they dont seem professionals and dont have regard for their customers. I called a lot of times and also went to centers at tariq road and in johar. Even after priority i didnt get response. Politeness doesnt sell ur stuff service does. As a business student i know what role customer service plays in the success of a brand and a company.

u are right bilal,i hate qubee.they dont even have proper coverage near bilawal house.how sad.if they cant satisfy bilawal assuming if applied for qubee,then wht the hell is qubee thinking??can satisfy the presidents son.what a shame.

I also stopped using Qubee for EXTREMELY POOR services & WORST CUSTOMER HANDLING & now for last 4 months they have not refunded my security deposit. Let this be known to all consumers

poor service, no response of my complaints. nobody gives a damn about the customer.
