Qubee Complaints - Poor Customer Service

i had a bad experience with qubee too. i was called by a qubee representatie date and I agreed to give it a try. we decided a time on saturday last week when they will come and do the installation as im home on saturdays only. I called them multiple times to confirm the date and time but they did never come on saturday.

if this is their service before installation, how bad will it be after they have installed??

I don't agree with the complaint. They visited my place on the same day i filled the form. i am sure u met with long ppl wrong time

My Qubee Speed is very poor and maximum time I do not get any network. I have called several time but I can`t connect their customer care. If I caonnect them, They told me that they will visit my place and solve my problem but I never see them.

Their customer Care is always busy, After some time they told all of their customer care representitive are busy....

first of all i want to say that ur service is nice but i have a problem,i had listened about qubee and then i tried it ,but after 15 days my network failed now my device is not working,without any caution.i m too dis appointed for this evil act of urs,my money ruinedi f u can do for me some thing then plz tell me.my key and id is below

One of the Qubee's representative who visited my place for fixing up the problematic newly installed wifi device has told that there is something wrong with their WIFI software and has asked me to go back to a NON WIFI option. I wanna ask whether its true?

And if it is so then why we were not informed of this fact at the time of getting connection and PAYMENT for that wifi device.

First of all I am sorry to hear that you guys are facing issues with Qubee.Qubee is an exciting service with exceptional customer services I have never found any issues with their customer services.Maybe you guys are not connecting to the right medium.I and my circle of friends we all are using their connecting best is not contact their helpline they are no only helpfull but go an extra mile for customers.I personally have 4 connections and my friends a few too maybe around 15 or so connection and we have never experienced any issues and its a delight to call help line

so I think you should call their helpline -

simply disgusting internet service provider with no customer support

Its speed is very slow,they lies ,they should facilitate customers ,speed is the major problem ,it takes many seconds to open G mail,which i used regularly.

arey qubee walon hosh ke nakhun lo aur ye sarey problems theek karo.
mera net bilkul bhi conect nahi hota hai bhai aur ye masla ramzan se shuru hua hai bar bar system restart karna partha hai men to tang agaya hn.

my issue (wifi device's signal and speed)has been resolved and since then i havent face any problem of that kind

i have subcribed q bee acount on september and therefore i,m illigible to get USB drive but due to there poor service i dont have received still after so many complaint they just reply sir we send you via corier but now i'm very disappointed from them
