we complaint ptcl help line every time but thay cant solve our dsl problem
help line gave us complaint number 6 or 24 and many more but problem was not solved .the problem started last 3 months and till.
over ptcl dsl conection 2 mb but the speed when we conected is 0.96 downlink or 0.56 and uplink is 0.8.i am very upset from ptcl serviceses and not satisfied the ptcl internet serviceses ..plz solve over problem . if ptcl not solve the problem so ptcl should be close the help line serviceses or complaint web access..coz no body take action the complaint .so i have a solution .if ptcl cant gave the serviceses simple dsl conection retrun back and prefer the other dsl conection .if the ptcl cant gave seriveses and not solving the problem

i hope edhar meri awaz suni jae ge :) coz bohat complaint ke jab bhe main nay problem batae to yeh he sunay ko mila kah line is ok but humari site say problem aa rahi hai aghar app mail address karain to meray pass pics bhe hain kh kia problem aa rahi hain. ptcl kay vendor ko bhe ke ajh kal ajh kal 3 month ho gae isi tention main or hum ko 3 months he huway hain new conection lia asa lagta hai kh koi dail up use kar raha hon is say accha to 10 wala wol ka card speed day jo ap kay 2 mb ke speed chal rahi hai but problem still woh he per hai na ptcl bataee problem kis main hai vendors main hain problem kia hum main yea ptcl kay dsl main yea ptcl main plz mail me

yes ptcl help line is toooo bad not corporated.or vendor suports not Satisfied
Ptcl must upgrade your more performance .Specily customer suport tecnical suport

yes i agree with above mantion comments About ptcl services .because the same problems i am facsing during the use of ptcl serviceses
i just request to the higher managment to take quick action against your serviceses staff

I have a PTCL Broad band dsl and all I want to say "It sucks". They charge 2000 Rs each month and in reply they didn't even listen complains. My old world call Dsl is better than it.
Yes I agree. We are facing the same problems for a couple of days. Many times there is no line. When there is line there is no speed. When there is service, the max downloading speed we are getting is 17kpbs on a 1mb connection.

i called ptcl costumer center today they told me to wait for 2 more days and then if problem won't resolve then they arrange visit for try to connect my dsl modem AMAZING they are kidding with costumers.i realy poor help line service

This is my about 15 times complaint to the center of complains Lahore, but yet i have no response i may not say that the company is bad but i would like to say that the employer are toooooooooooooooo much lazy and they are not working honestly.
