dear sir,

I liaqat ali cnic#35101-2478184-3 account holder of your bank. I am working as accounts manager in farhat ali pharmalinks. The company account#08-1408086-01 maintain in your bank. I apply for our empolyees accounts as representative.
1.mr. syed muhammad kazim hussin cnic#35202-1716514-3
2. mr. waqar arshad cnic#34101-4330364-5
3. mr. tahir mehmood shah cnic#35202-4039118-7
4. mr. muhammad farooq raja cnic#37405-0627950-1
5. mr. mirza muhammad khurshid cnic 35201-1457598-9
the above persons are face the the difficulties. so the above persons demand the cheque book from me due to i am representative.
i remind your reprresentative (mr. saad) several time but he did not delivered the cheque book.

i request you that the regarding representative is very poor abbility. so he did not delivered the cheque book still yet.

it create bad impression about your banking in future. so I request you look the matter and acction against the said representative.
