I booked a flat in feb 2008 with Samana builder & Apartment at location Manzor Colony. I paid 33% but there construction only 10%, They are also force me to give advance money. They committed they will complete the construction and deliver the apartment in 2009 years. After the passing of more than one year, the construction is no where near complete and when I go and complaint, they simply refuse to listen or return my original advance money.

This project has 5 floor and there is only plot
Still there is no more construction. When they will complete.

Adnan you are right, Its delay. But hopefully will complete soon.
