Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your attention that since Last few months we have come across few discrepancies in our electricity bill continuously. I have attached current month bill with this application in which billed units are 5970 whereas actual meter reading for current month is 5400 units, there is an excess of 570 units billed. It is requested to kindly deduct the extra billed units from our current month bill so that timely payment of the same shall be made, also its requested to look into the matter for future rectification.
