No network 20 hours a day

Dear Concer,

i am your company retailer from last 12 years. i have never ever fased such a bad services issue. The tower in our city Sardargarh District Rahim Yar Khan is not porviding us signal service properly even from it's off from last 3 days and the owner of the tower swich on tower for hardly 2 hours a day. And they are miss using the fuel in obensense of electricity. company is properly providing them fuel but they always swith off the tower when there is loadshading.
Kindly take a serious action against them who they are responsible for this.
