POOR HELP LINE SERVICE

Dear Sir / Madam

I am very sorry to say that u have failed to provide your customers help line servies because several times i have mede call to communicate or discuess my problem but still i am unable to get the answer or remedy of the problem from your side beacause of your poor help line service system.
Further i would like to state that almost 55 minutes ago, i had made my last call on your help line# (111) and after a long time(30 min approx) i was able to take to your representative but it just past no more then twenty secound and during discuessing the matter suddenly the call droped at your end with this messege that system is unable to recognize this number and several times i have face it.
However my question is why dont u improve your such kind of poor system and why we have to wait for a long times and why dont u realize that time is precious and what is meant by sudden call dropping, what is this all matter.

I am an one of the oldest customer of yours my personal mobile no is 0300-9661126 and so many other numbers are in use of your company by my family menbers and friend and the number which i had made last call was 0300-7931320 and this is my friend number and he is also dis-satisfied with your services which he is facing.
