Sha Posh Clothing Complaints - Bad Customer service

i totally agree with you..moreover now there are a lot of shops opened in the city center opposite to ghakhar plaza which have better and less priced suits than the ones at sha posh.most of the sha posh designs are also available there..

Dear sister i am extremely sorry for what happened with you in shaposh they should think that if they are staring someone else daughter sister mother etc. there family members will be also stared like this and second and important thing as be a true muslim women we have to cover our self like this that the namaram should not see us.

i totally agree with you Mr. Aleesher.... we were covered and 1ce my sister wanted to buy a suit from sha posh but since she's tall the sleeves wont fit well in smaller sizes... we asked for a larger size cz of the sleeves and he said they sleeves are normal but your arms are abnormally long! CAN U BLV dat????? i was so mad i spilt water over his face and left..... my sister was so hurt dat she kept crying..... i hate sha posh... :@
ROAINA: u r right, sha posh doent have any good designs... they all suck.... we r better off buying from other shops were we can get cheap and different and stylish dresses....

I am just readying you concerns about sha posh boutique and I am really surprised about your comments. I have been dealing with Mr Nasir who’s the owner of the chain for the last 5 years and been importing their designs to UK.
Whenever I have been in their shops I have never witnessed any rude behaviour from any of their sales persons. I will advice you when you go their next time and if an incident will happen take the sales persons name. Pick up a visiting card from the cash counter which will have Mr Nasir’s number and call him with you complain or concerns.
He is a very professional and down to earth person and if something goes on in his shops you better make sure he is aware of that.

Sales persons are extremely rude, illmannered and do not know how to treat with customers. If would never go there again.

yes i totally agree with you....they dont behave good with customer which is very wrong thing in pakistan and very normal in every shop

very poor quality,designs....i nd my whole family hate it...go to hell u all...

salesmen show bad behaviour nd dnt give respect.....nd they dnt use bodyspray...

the shop is very nice and the desings are osum and the sales men are very nice,humble,and very well dressed

fabric stuff is always disappointing at shaposh.after single wash,any suit of any cost looks pathetic..i have bought too many suits in the hope that it will be better than the last one..but in vain.

I purchased a dress on 7th of aug. Yes fabric is too cheap. I just dip dress in water 2 sec and hang it up. Color of ribbons and patches are over shirt. This happened 2nd time with me. So baddddddd.
Customer services are also not good. They people said, I don't know how to wash :D. I am from Lahore and cost of dress was about 2200 Rs. Stop shopping from ShaPosh. This is only waste of our money and feelings :(

i totally, totally agree...... the shaposh stff is so rude, i shopped from there outlet in sargodha and after that i decided it was mu last time, i was wearing full chaddor. they stared at me from head to toe, wisphered and smiled, very rude and cheap behaviour when i wanted to get the fitting done for the suit i had bought. never going there again.....

can you please show me some clothes design at sha posh. Want to know what kind design you have for 2010 thank you hope to hear from soon

i agree,bcoz i myself face the same thing.Though shaposh z one of the best boutique,but no doubt customers service z extremely bad.i m talking about Rawalpindis shaposh,the salesgirl and boys behave so rudly and illmanneredly,and try to put there duties on each others shoulders.i m a regular costumer of shaposha and as far as dresses r cocern i hv no complain till now i like the stuff, but i dont like the staff.not all of them but few of them r really very illmannered,I m sorry Mr Nasir but this z true and reality.

main france main rahty huo.or 5 saal se apne or apni beati ke kapre sha posh se lye rahy huo. mere sath kabhi aisa itfaq nahi houva ke kapre bure nikly huo yeh. kisi saler ne burmize ki huo. or yeh such hai in ki price bohut achy hoty hai. main sh aposh se bohut khush huo

shah posh ka kapra very nice and very good. and is ka istamal low amdni waly be kharied skaty han.suite state to 800 hunderd to up up up.very good stuff all seasion viscose very very good stuff.

simply the best boutique u know why coz there is a guy tall , handsome , well mannered and superb dealer. i m stick with boutique because off him . he is simpy the best ..presenting and dealing is end on him. really good.non other then sajiddd . on unstiched counter in the basement. and few girls on the upper portion are also good. they deal well . managemet is not strong

MANAGEMENT IS NOT STRONG IN SHA POSH . NO ONE THERE CAN DEALT WITH THE CUSTOMERS AND UNDERSTAND THEIR COMPLAINS . THIS IS THE MAIN FAULT IN THE SHOP . AND UNLIKE SAJID . HE IS THE ABLE PERSON I THOUGHT HE COULD MANAGE THE SHOP AND RUN THE SHOP IN BETTER MANNER. HOPE FOR THE BEST . I WISH U GUYS READ AND UNDERSTAND THE WEEKNESS AND THE BEST PART OF THE SHOP . CLOTHING ARE GOOD BUT NOT EXCELLENT.

I went to saddar just so that i could shop at sha posh and they were all very nice. maybe u are having complaints because you probably misbehaved as well. in the case that a staff worker was rude, u should have contacted the company representative. i bought so many clothes for me and my sisters and friends and family and i am so happy. i wish i could go back and get some more stuff. At the price that sha posh are selling, i think it is a very good deal.

i am so happy.coz prize are resonable and providing new style.
my life will change with shaposh.salemans dealing good nd decent manner.
in every company or organization all people are not wellmannered.i am only a customer.i only concern with products.
