my brother was facing the same issue and when he contacted jazz staff at customercare@mobilink.net, they advised him to visit nearest customer care center to resolve this. I think you should do the same or contact them again for more information.

i have a complain about my number my mobilink is 03007317233 from long time im not in Pakistan now i com back in Pakistan i want to use same number is closed my request is please issue new sim on same number .
