sir,i m customer of ptcl.i have student pakage of brodband.our broadband speed is too low.i have only 20 kb/sec.plz solve my prblm as soon as possible.thanks

uuuuuuuuu ... one year ago i was face the same problem but at that time ptcl speed was 50kb which was pretty less so now m using brodband student package paying 800 and the reality is now total bill is same as it was before cause they charges alot 4 this 20kb and i have to pay the same with much faster speed of 1 mb
