SMS complaint

sir here in BZ university area in multan there is a problem of sms sending from last 4 days.
no action could be taken to solve this this problem.
when we try to send no sms send and we see a msg that message not sent please try again later.
this problem is not on mine number all the mobilink customers are facing this problem..
please solve this problem.

I think aap directly Mobilink helpline ya un ke email id customercare@mobilink.net per complaint kar do so that aapka masla asap solve ho jaye
