Damadged shirt's buttons

I had recently started using their services for dry cleaning and was pretty much satisfied with the services.

However yesterday when I put on my shirt (after taking its delivery from snow white the night before) i noticed that buttons of my shirt were badly damaged. They probably replaced a few buttons from within the shirt because the extra button that is attached at the bottom of the shirt as well as one button each from cuffs was also missing.

I am thinking about writing to them and lets see what happens next.
