I bought a Levis jeans on 22/1/2010 for Rs/- 3100 from Levis store
Gave it for dry cleaning after wearing it just twice @ Snow White Dry Cleaners. Burns Road. Opp Fresco Bakers, Karachi
( I have the original receipt for the Jeans of which i have Provided the branch manager a photocopy)
I went to collect the Jeans from the above mentioned Branch on the delivery Date and found multiple holes on the jeans. As i have been a loyal customer to Snow white for the past many years i decided not to get in a war of words with the Branch Manager.
And we Mutually decided that he would send the Jeans back to the Snow white factory in Korangi Industrial Area Karachi and get a claim for it.
I waited Patiently for a week without any resolution to my claim, I visited the branch and inquired about the Jeans he (Branch Manager Muhammad Ishtiaq) asked me to wait for 2 more days
Once again i quietly left the branch, Later i got a call from snow white Customer Relationship Officer (Samreen) and to my surprise she Told me that you must be working around chemicals that is why your Jeans got Damaged .... i was furious and gave her a piece of my mind .... she told me that she would call me in two - three days and work out a settlement..
Once again i waited waited waited and finally today (2/March/2010) i went back to the branch and the Branch manager Gave me a Rs/- 300 coupon for free Dry cleaning ( which i immediately Rejected) for a pant which cost me Rs/- 3100 only wore it twice
Again he has Requested me to wait few more days
What are the possible course of Actions that i can take ?

you can go and get your complain registered with consumer court. you wont normally need a lawyer you can walk in.
snow white has become the worst dry cleaners in Pakistan. they have torally destroyed my three shirts and 2 dress pants. Please do not waste your assets by getting attracted to their low prices. they are extreamly bad service provider.
Below is the text of my complaint to Snowhite.
It seems things are extremely wrong at snowhite since (Late) Shaikh Fazal ur Rahman passed away.
I ordered cleaning of car seat covers from your D.M.C.H.S.(Opp. Riaz Masjid) branch with receipt # S-29 9179, due on 4th August.
There were 6 pieces of cloth in total (different seats covers).Your staff has not only delayed the delivery of the items by 3 weeks, they have also misplaced 2 pieces out of 6.
Now, the shop manager, Mr. Khalid, is saying that I should visit Tibet Center and get new car covers made and he will re-imberse Rs. 100 or 200 to me.
Are customers supposed to leave their work and go to shopping after Snowhite mis-places their clothes?
Is this the standard of Snowhite?
If you guys can not handle car seat covers with responsibility, probably you should stop taking them for cleaning, or venture into some other type of business. (May be Pan Shop is a better option)

I wonder where is the consumer court and who is responsible to control this exploitation by these monopolists?
Is there any forum to help recover the price of clothes destroyed by Snow White in the name of dry cleaning? or would the people continue to be fleeced by so-called "largest cleaning network"?
