Sir I have recently availed this facility of ptcl dsl connection. But the problem is that the speed is very low. The package which I have choosen is for providing 1000kbps connecting speed and my friends has told me that this package has atleast120kbps downloading speed but the case with me in reality is 30kbps connecting speed and only 14kbps downloading fee which is very low. You are requested sir that please a serious action as soon as possible
