Student Package 1MBPS connection

So slow speed

the problem that i usually face is in downloadind,although its should tke it upto 1 MB bt it hardly goes to 0.23 mbps downlaoding and 0.05 mbps uploading speed that is way behind that.
my dsl connection on this ptcl number 0254750772
Kindly tke a notice and inprove yor service.
