dear sir
m doing job at a travel agency.On 25th of Oct 2011 i visited summit bank kachehri chowk branch.i had to recieve my money which my cousin sent via money transfer.receptionist asked me to wait as there was lunch break.i waited for 20 mints than an office called me nd asked me for id card copy nd refrence code.i gave him.then again he asked me for wait.after that i agian wated for 45 mints.nd he did not did my job.finally i take my id card copy back.what sort of this banking is?? absolutely ridiculous.nd then i came to know that staff of the this branch have no idea what da**** they are doing.the worst banking experience i ever hav.its my request to authorities dat plz think about it.
