Late delivery n extra charge for just putting a fragile sticker on the parcel

Parcel was deivered at tcs outlet on 1st aug to be dleivered withing same city next day at max.they said it was gona be delivered between timing of 9-5 as office hours n as the postal adress was office it was supposed to be delivered within office working hours for someone to recieve it there. It reached the adress at 8pm at night at that office n was returned to be brought n delivered the next day.how crappy is the service if it cant reach same city adress the next day.n they are over charging then the other good companies like ocs n leapord.they are overcharging on the basic parcel services as well as they charge extra handling fee for putting a fragile sticker on the box saying it will be taken care of while sendn n hand delivered n still manage to break the thing in it
