My tracking number is 40064528446. The parcel was to be dispatched in Lahore on 8th March 2018. I have seen over internet via TCS tracking that my parcel is right now in multan office and its status is "Unable to contact". No one in this time period even bothered to contact me and today when i got this information. I tried to contact TCS multan office but there too no one responded professionally. First i got connected on phone after 30 minutes of continuously trying and when i got connected i was directed to 4 personnel one by one and the last guy whom i was directed to just hanged the call. I again tried for about 30 more minutes but now no one picking the call.
Its very shameful and poor behavior of TCS staff and notice should be taken for such poor responses. We trust in you and you do such things with us. Really a shameful act. I know this is not going to work but still i shall report.
