IS STOLEN FROM MY CELL PHONE .I HAVE NO NIC CARD OF MY FRIEND HIS NAME IS ABU HURER .I HAVE NO ATHOURITY .HOW I CAN GET DUPLICATE SIM DO U HELP ME ? REPLAY MUST.

Either you should ask your friend to go with you to nearest office to get duplicate SIM.
OR
you might provide SIM jacket and call record to verify, but it can be done at Main office only and i am not sure that they agree with your or not,
because PTA has implemented many restrictions however, when i was in telenor, we faced many problems like this and always tried to give a favor to the user and issue the SIM after proper verification..
