Auto Balance Deduction

Hi ,
Friends I Have a complaint against Telenor it is a fraud company
and do a fraud with me they deduct 30 Rs From My Balance Without any reason
and when i ask by calling costumer service officer dissconnect my call this happen with me continuesly 5-8 times .I want that sumone have to take action against this fraud company Telenor Bullshitttt!!!!!

Yes,its also happens to me and the call centre is not attending my call.In my case, my whole balance get zero.I don't know, how to solve this problem.If anyone 1 has the solution, plz comment here.
