Bill Payment

I've deposited the my bill payment at approximately 13:42pm today, after the four hours when I've talked with call cetnter about my payment because my out going calls are still restricted, he replied that your payment is not updated yet and he also asked that it will take fourty one hours(41)
I dont know when my payment will update and I am able to calls every where......
