blocking my number on someone complain

dear,
i got a message from telenor (this messege is sent due to the wriiten complaint against my number).is there any evidence of this complain? can anyone complain against my number?
i want to clearify to telenor that if you have an evidence of obnoxious message sent by me to someone then present to me or call me and show me. Anyone can perfom propoganda against me so you must rectify first then warn me.
