Call center representatives misuse their authorities

Hi,

Sir I have to make complaint against call center representatives they misuse their authorities and give msg and call history of any number to their friends. Somebody told me that her friend does so, I thought I should make complaint abt this cheap act!

Will be grateful If you will take action against it!
