call drop complaint since 2007

my number is 0345-3630566 have djuice package use from 2006. first this num is in tak shak and i convert in to djuicie. i have a problem with sim that my call (1 ganta) is drop for this i farwarded so many request to telenor centre for rectify this problem to solve but in vain. At last i leave the one houre talk to my FNF and i use only sms or talk to with my pakka dost number. on 23 Feb 2010 i once try to talk (1 ganta) at 07:15 at morning which is drop at 31 mins. i send massage to 346 for this problem and your rep reply that you change you handset. first this sim use in Nokia 6600, Nokia 1112, Nokia 1100 and now i change my moble with 1202-2. it seemed that you never solve my this problem. please i requested that solve my problem otherwise i change my network coz to poor network
all these sims with my name. 03453930635, 03453526687, 0346314591 and i give advise to all my family to change telenor.
