Telenor Complaints - call not attened on help line

lol I've been a customer of Telenor for like 3 years, after the first or second call I have never talked to the operator again. The max I waited for one was 40 minutes (I left it on) - this was of course back in the days that calls to the customer help line were free.

I dont know who will take action on consumer rights...

i want 2 talk wid customer helpline but they r not attending my call me trying since last 40 minutes

telenor disturb me due to sending too many sms

telenor help line is a rip off !
they will charge you around 1.20 rupees to be connected to a telenor customer service officer and no one will answer your call,your call will be disconnected or the main menu will start as soon as you press 0 for the operator.i have been calling them for 2 days and the same thing has happened over n over again.if a telenor representative cant answer my call why do i get charged for it??

they also not attend calls bcz they have so many compalins therefore they dnt attend customer call
