It is requested that I Adil Hussain,would like to register a complaint against the services that TELENOR is providing as there is a number 03456082228 that I was using for a very long time on TELENOR but few months back there was an issue that some person got the duplicate sim of my telenor’s number from the Gujrat franchise 16.2.10 my 1st complain No# 1-12018167101 Mr zahid rasool 12:20 am 17.02.10, 2 times and I was very annoyed and went to TELENOR’s business center as well as there franchises but they dint cooperated with me and dint guided me properly even though they launched my complains with the complaint
numbers 2 times same problam 22 march 10 my 2ed complains 112603019818 Mr noor 23.03.10 1:20 am but no action was taken and that is why the reason I ported out my number to Other network, so plz do the needful and rectify the issue as these kind of services will not help in wining the customer’s trust.

i want to say some thing about ur SMS subscription pakeg is so bad.cos before it the sms pakeg {250} sms,s on 12 Rs,
but............
now its on 50,50,at 12 Rs, and ther activation is so difficult,
so plz sir cheak it.

my telenor sim is off since 2 or 3 years, because my cellular phone was stolen.now i want to activate my number. i have no sim jacket and i have not remember that the last dial call and last easy load balance. but I have remember three fnf numbers and those numbers which i have called more. plzzzzzzzzzz help sir how can I achieve my telenor sim. jinab my telenor sim is blocked since 6 month, my sim shows "subscriber blocked" . i compain in sargodha sales & service centre and on help lines but the telenor company did not do at this problem, if u can solve this problem than tell me if you could not do so than sealed your company
