Telenor Complaints - Telenor Day Light Robbery

My sympathy with you. I am a victim of their worst EDGE service. They have more money to waste on advertisement then to spend on fixing their service.

They have no time even to reply the e-mail / complaint while their call centers are disgusting.Some time during easy load the balance is transfer to costumer while retailer easy load SIM shows that Operation failed with out Any ID.More over Telenor Signal & maintenance system is also worst as experienced in GUL IMAM Tehsil & Distt: Tank , NWFP Pakistan now a days.Telenor Hidden Charges is also an issue, in advertizment they write a sentence "Terms & condition applied " in a poster corner (which font size near to Zero & is difficult to read).This unfair Game is started in recent years.

( On My complaint Here are the reply from Telenor ) The replier may be an MBA,Who's knowledge is zero .

Kindly note that standard sms contains the length of 160 characters if you will increase the characters you will be charged accordingly.

Dear All ! I am a Telenor customer having Cell # 92913459042277, I have subscribe 250 sms worth Rs:12 (Pak) on 25 Aug 2009.On same date at 1030 Hrs approx. I have sent a single message to all my friends & relatives (round about 100 Nos) ,that time my Balance was Rs:693 (Pak). The messages were start to sending continuously for 1/2 Hrs, meanwhile my friends complain that they have received the same message 5 to 6 times which is horrible when I checked my Balance, system shows that I am the new victum of Telenor Day Light Robbery & the Balance is reduced to Rs:204.84(Pak) now. In past I always preferred Telenor over other Telcos, but incident like this ............

Dear Representative!

Thank you for such a wonder full justification, your reply is same as I predicted, I know that you will not found any unusual deduction against my number because the way you charged is an usual deduction/robbery. Your Team will never take the responsibility & will never want to fix your system (Intelligent Network) errors. The customer is always guilty of using prepaid connection.

I know my package plan, the length of sms & I have also the knowledge of my talk time.

On the day of incident, I have made no O/G voice call during sms sending If you have found any O/G calls then the record may kindly be provided to the Telenor victim.

The Question are still standing,

Why the same sms is sent to each and every recipient 5 to 6 times?

Why the Telenor systems send the same sms 5 to 6 times all recipient instead of one?

Why the Telenor system can not recognized request?

Can Telenor system differentiate between one time request & 6 time request?

Spend some time to acquaint your system, investigate the issue & fix your errors instead of spending a lot of time & money on advertisement.

In last I can only say that I have done the blunder of my life by choosing Telenor Prepaid,

I am so sorry.

i hate this network because in our village booster is fixed but the area is very bad for this... so here a lot of noise and we cant sleep happily...
start pain in our brain.
and we r mentally disturbed

sir plz plz remove this booster and fixed in another open area nor in rush area...
