Respected Sir
I Salik Nawaz Khan Transferred a sum of Rs. 10,000 Through easy paisa on Oct 23,2012 (#Trx ID 369954220) to my younger brother Muhammad Sohail Khan CNIC 36302-0450350-9, Cell # 03076162694. The amount was received instead of my brother to some unknown person at Khanewal. I immediately registered my complaint to concerned authorities through their helpline 345 and received 6666 complaint number. The concerned person assured me that telenor team will contact me after a short span of time but they did not. Then I repeated this exercise and received the same response. Then on Oct 24,2012 I visited telenor head office at Lahore to submit my written complaint, The person on reception told me that their scanner is not working therefore application cannot be received and team will contact me. Kindly make arrangements for the recovery of my transferred amount

My brother Transferred me a sum of Rs. 7,000 Through easy paisa on 13 June, 2015. I went to ATM link for transaction. I had drawn Rs, 5000.00 transaction has been done but Rs, 5000.00 can not received me due to technical fault of ATM machine. I immediately registered my complaint to concerned authorities through their helpline 3737. The concerned person assured me that your amount will recover in your account in 360 working hours. I wait for 360 days but I did not received any response. After 360 hours I was recalled to concern authority and they called me your complaint resend for process again and he gave me more 360 hours. I received Rs, 1000.00 rest of Rs. 4000.00 are still pending and did not received. After that same problem faced me. I repeated this exercise more then hundred times and received the same response. I have recording of Help center Agents for reference on my mobile.I visited telenor franchise, Allied Bank, and Tameer Bank for complaint, but I faced still same problem. Kindly make arrangements for the recovery of my amount.

I was transfer a sum of Rs. 1700/- through easy paisa service to a company for the purpose of Job processing fee, I have received the Transaction ID & Pascode.. Next day i am received the message from 3737 said that your transaction ID has been blocked in the system. I have registered many compaliants for cancellation of my transaction because i know the receiver are fake company. Its my right to get back my money or reverse the payment but your concern person said that we are contacting the Receiver when he put his phone number is on then they will confirm from him. then your transaction ID was reversed. I am asking to you who is the receiver for confirming my claim. Sir it is my money its my luck that ID was blocked but your concern department dont listen my views and could not take any step. Plz check that issue. I am waiting for your kind reply.

I have a an Easypaisa Account since 15 Nov 2015 and me initially deposited Rs 4000 in account on same day. After that i received several calls from 0345 for ATM card, i was agreed and Rs 250 balance was deducted for this purpose. On 20 Nov 15 i tried to transfer some money to my friend by *786# but a msg was displayed that you entered a wrong PIN code, although it was correct i am 100% sure. I camplained at 3737 but the representative replied that there is problem with your account and will be settled in next an hour. After that when i enters *3737# then msg displays at my mob screen that " Account via this channel is disallowed". Next day i again called at 3737 and representative told me that work in progress i insisted to get Complaint Number but he did not gave. Next day me repeated same process but got same response from your representative from 3737. Even today monday 23 Nov at 0920am i called again but Representative told me that problem will be rectify however i can not give you complain number.

Sir i have questions

1. Is it any fake Easypaisa Scheme?

2. Representatives who are performing duties at 3737 they are sitting there to only attend a calls?

3.They are not allowed to give Complaint Number?

4. Why they did not forward the problem to their concern department?

5. Why they have insufficient information regarding system.
