I purchased USB edge from Karachi with promise to get 4 times faster speed than GPRS and while I came to Teri (Distt. Karak), I get less than 2 Kb/sec speed. How Telenor claims they make their customer's delighted? while they are not even keeping the contract of basic "need"?

Telenor customer feedback is extremely poor and so far I have not heard anything from support office despite the fact that I complained quite a few times on their website and customer service.

Telenor Edge is the worst experience I have ever encountered while using for internet.

Pl go for world call Evdo, it has no match, no need of electricity simply insert USB n connect without any disconnection. I m usng it and m very satisfied.

I am strongly agree with the poorest service and the product of telenor, they offer for one year free billing of the USB , from very second day i got 699/- rupees to pay till today more than 6 weeks it is suspended they give me a complaint no to resolve in three days more than five weeks nothing happen , i want to abuse them but i am not that bad as telenor is .........

YES.

TELENOR JUST MAKING MONEY .QUALITY ASSURANCE IS ORDINARY THING FOR THEM.IT IS GOOD ADVICE FOR EVERY CUSTOMER WHICH IS GOING TO TRAP BY TELENOR.THANKS FOR INFORMING ME BECAUSE I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE TH DESCRIBED DEVICE FOR MY BUSINESS USE.

dear sir 18 jan ko men ne apna telenor usb 03458188121 ka bill Rs, 2200 jama kia tha
lekin muje intai afsos ke sath kena parhara ha ke aj thak mera maslah hull nai hua
4 martaba men ne telenor office jina road queeta walo ko bathaya bi ha merbani farma kar mera masla el karde ,,
