extreme poor service

telenor service is extremly poor for the last 2 r 3 days .i make a call and there is no answer even on 50 dials.i hardly connected a call yesterday.if by chance i connected the call droped suddenly.there is also no clearity of voice .i live in baffa mansehra .i am planning to switch over to mobilink.i am telenor customer for the last 6 years.
