Harrassment on phone

I have been receiving missed calls from 03477038723 after every 5 minutes. When i called back on the same, the person (read:culprit) picks up and remains silent!! I have called this number from my PTCL landline. WorldCall Wireless, PCOs, etc. but this person never speaks!! Kindly warn this person not to harrass me.........
