By 1500hrs on January 14, 2012, I visited telenor office located at university road Peshawar for certain service problems. As soon as I entered the office, I was astonished because of their un professional and un ethical behavior. By looking their conduct, I thought that I might visited a office cum modeling hall, in which most of the staff was displaying the modeling juggles. Approximately by 1530hrs, I was called on counter no 6, in which a lady customer service provider was present. After addressing only one problem, she called an other customer. When I asked that female officer that I still have few doubts and entertained me first as its my number and I have waited for almost 30 minutes. So she replied in a very harsh and in humiliating tone that for more problems you got to get new token. Meanwhile a male staff member interfered and took me to his own counter and solved my problems nicely. Further more, I wished to meet the office manager to convey my concerns regarding the misconduct of the said officer. I asked an employ standing at the gate about office manager. I shocked by his answer that” EACH ONE OUT OF US IS MANAGER” . I argued that their must be a senior most officer, who may supervising the office affairs and quality of services, as it is very much important for the smooth functioning of any institution. Then he told me that he is not around at the moment and we don’t have any acting manager. Then I asked for complaint form and wrote few words in the suggestion column. So I request you, to inquire the matter religiously and penalize the defaulter as per rules of customer service and marketing. Moreover I suggest that Psychiatric test be included in your medical test required for the selection of employ, so that tensed and disturbed people should not deal the problems of masses. As this is a customer dealing office so it is suggested that customer may consider their first priority as per popular slogan of such organization that CUSTOMER COMES FIRST so it may be bring into practice instead of hoping to be respected him/herself as an officer of high value..
