Misuse of Service (Obnoxious Calls/SMS after many warnig at my Family No)

Dear Complaint team,

We are receiving continuous obnoxious calls/SMS from Telenor number (0344-4906652) at my Family number (0308-6787515,0307-6931458), we already have warn him many times but in vain and also use very bad language. Kindly help me to avoid in this type of issue.. Thanks
