i was useing a zong number 03125844200. on 25 nov 2010 i send a reqest for change the service into telenore through telenor office jhelum. on 26 nov the signals of zong finished. i insert the telenor sim .there was full signals of telenor but i cannot call and cannot recive my calls i meen outgoing and incoming calls r barried.i did calls to telenor help line but in vain.now my number is completly block.last time i did complaint number 1-15977347965 dated 30-11-2010. I am in problum
please solve my problum urgently
