Ownership Of Sim Number

I want to report a complaint against telenor.
I have purchased telenor sim (03454242422) in 2005 from one of telenor retailer in lahore. I have used that sim for atleast one year and after that i went to UK and lost my sim there. When i came back i got duplicate of my sim from telenor headoffice and i have proof of that.
After that i have'nt used telenor sim for long time, now in 2010 i went to telenor for checking the ownership now thay are saying this sim is not registered under my name not even they said that but also they refused to accept the orignal registration documents. I talked to Mr Hassan Gillani, Branch Manager of GulbergIII about this matter, i shocked he also said the same thing. Now this is very strange that i have duplicate sim jacket, orignal registration form with my id on it they refused to accept that.
