For their non sense customer service, I teleported (Mobile Network Portability) back to Ufone.

Ever Poorest Customer Care department , They not satisfy the customer but to able him to shift to another network , My perception was about Govt departments that they have poor Customer Care services but i have to update it that Telenor is the first private company with pooooooorest customer services ever

That problem is with every teleco of Pakistan because not all their franchises can be better.
Some customer service centers are good and some are worse.
But, If Ufone's service and CSS center is better in your area then going for that is the wisest option.

sir i call in customer service center at 18:44 30-07-2010. i noted complain about call rate chagrges your customer officer.but no action to my complain.

I have visited telenor franchise at wazirabad district gujranwala.The staff of franchise is not cooperative they don’t treat with me nicely .The attitude of female operator is too much harsh towards the customers especially male customers.
Even she doesn’t know how to treat with an educated person.
She has charged me 55Rs for the conversion from ufon network into telenor network
She treats like barbarians. I felt ashamed going their.
Please get my request under your kind observation.

Telenor cannot do anything about the blockage of obnoxious sms.The only way to get rid of them is to you change your number.This is very pathetic.In this regard Jazz is quite smart to introduce bolti pand kar do by blocking both calls and sms.Well done Jazz mobilink!

telenor is now only a business earning organization. its only a pack of wolves hunting innocent public .i tell you how they rob people in a professional way, they first active their service without any notice to u, if u r an uneducated person then all is well and they will continue deducting from your account but if u are an educated person and you try to tell them to unsubscribe that service they will first deduct some price (which is continuously increasing) as a charge for calling public relation officer. then they will delay as much as they can , if u will not leave they after 10 or20 minutes will pick ur call and when u will tell the problem they will show that they do not know about that service , if u will force again they will probably accept and say that ur problem will be solved etc etc but nothing happens . i am telling u people that telenor is only a gang of robbers .if any telenor authority wants proof i can give that. i have also decided to upload their customer relation officers conversations on you tube and will take help of other network authorities . i again tell u that if any one wants proofs i can show. TELENOR YOU HAVE TRIED TO ROB A WRONG PERSON.
