Shown 2 Sim may name Telenor

Dear Sir,
When i check how many sim Registered my name, that shown my name Registered 2 Sim of Telenor. Actually Correct 1 sim in my used. and this number is 0345-2391424. This is my own number and correct. Another number i have not in my using. Please Delete that Number. and update my profile.
