Sim card registration failed

my sim no: +92-346-6318510
AOA,
Dear sir/madam when i insert my sim card in any cell phone i received an error message like that "sim card registration failed".
To resolve this i went to Telenor franchise, the representative said to me that we have a problem in our system so your sim card will be active within 24 hours but passing after 2 days my problem is still not solved.
Kindly sir/mam help me what can i do for the activation of my sim. plz....
