1. onnet and off net sms package should be terminated and the previous pakage was excellent
2.now a days when 555 is called for sms package, then when desired package is spoken and option is entered(1, 2 ,3) etcetera, but its not subscribed at the same time, the complete dialog is supposed be listened first, its wastage of a lot of time and very tiring
