Stupid Customer Services Representatives

AOA! Last night around 12 a.m. I tried to get the PUK Code for my spouse cell number which is registered in my name. For that I called Telenor Customer Services from my own cell, told him my spouse's cell number & asked the guy for the PUK code. The Efficient Representative was In a deep sleep or what I could not figure out but the stupid guy said that he will send required code to my cell via SMS. As soon I disconnect the call I got a SMS from Telenor in which the Superb guy send me the PUK code of my own cell number... It irritates me a bit & I recalled CS & asked for the same, again the Stupid Nuts guy said he will send me code via SMS, now this time it make me totally shunt... The Sleeping Customer Services Representative send me the PUK Code of a wrong number, he did a mistake like I asked for 0345-2963xxx & he sent me PUK Code for 03459263xxx.... after that I got angry I tried for half an hour but failed to reconnect to the CS, & now in morning Its been an hour I am trying to call CS but its not connecting.. Its really pathetic, Dear Telenor Management please get some efficient People who dont suck Customer's blood or provide them good Tea / Coffee for night shift :P.
