telenor the worst service

hi

i just change my number from telenor to zong. although i was the user from last four year. but now its service is very worst. especialyy the off net nd on net sms service. they steal the balnce of the custamer. if u call them they say bcz of off net nd on net we deduct the balnce. if they reamin the same service thta off net nd on net service the compnay will son closed.

any way im quite happy with zong.
wish u a very bright future.

hope telenor will staify its custmers

Distt: mansehra ke tehsil oghi ma telenor ke service intehai bakwas ha na he msg send hotay hain or na he call.. 10 msg try kro to 1 send hota ha or 20 dafa cal try kro to 1 dafa milti ha,,kia bakwas service ha.ma 6 year se telenor use kr rha hon mgr complaint krny pe b ye koi action nhe laity in ko apnay customers se koi hmdardi nhe,,sirf paisy kamny k liay bethy hue hain.hm mjboor ho gae hain service change krny pe,
