want resubmited my sso-wss form

i submited the form of sso-wss but mistakily i tik th ufone service,now the form not open,nor the my i.d open in the telenor,my number is 03463173553 nad service is telenor,so please reject my previous form and data beacause of i resubmited my data on sso-wss
or please guide me how i deleteprevious data,or how i resubmited my form on sso-wss with telenor services
