This is to complain about the advertising and promotional messages sent by different small scale businesses like tuittion centers,estate agents or restaurants etc. I receive these type of messages regardless of time. These senders use a SMS software which send to different mobile nmubers. My number is on mobilink indigo. when complained to Mobilink they did not take responsibility for such SMSs. Normally these SMS I received were from Zong and Telenors. When I visited these respective companies'office, they also did not pay any attention. My mobile is switched on 24 hours, for any emergency or any other important call/SMS, but listening to SMS tone 3 in mid night,while I was asleep and when read it is an advertising SMS? what should i do. Is there any privacy policy ???

Kindly escalate these issue to PTA, either way i would like to inform you that these are the messages which you're getting by your own subscription with them.
There isn't any Network's concern init.
No My dear friend, these guys get numbers from other sources or mobile companies. Do you think anybody can subscribe to all vendors of city like tuition centers,cng shops etc???Your info is not right my friend
Sir, i am one of the part of cellular service and have alot idea about these stuff.
If you can't trust then its upto you but what i know is, you subscribe to a single place and its like your entry to yellow pages of marketing.
