In my experience, the helpline doesn't even respond in a timely manner.

1344 helpline pay jo call kerte hin un ko is baat ka ehsaas hona chahiye k call centre k agents din main taqreeban 4oo calls receive kerte hain aur har call main retailer jhagra ker raha hota hay...afterall 1344 agents are also human

Last two days problem @ network signals are full but call drop in 5 seconds (outgoing or incoming) my network is mobilink and area is fedral capital area near liaqatabad .no.4,
pls solve the problem or may i change the portibility on other network
