Balance Deduction

I'm using Ufone prepay service for the last three years.But for about last nine months my balance is daily deducted for about one and a half repees(Rs1.50) without any reason,i cant understand why?As Ufone claims no hidden charges, then why this so?

Because the merely claim hidden charges just how the government claims they are opposed to the production and sale of alcohol in Pakistan. Ever heard of Muree Brewery?

Ufone deducts 6% when one subscribes to an SMS package and 21% anyway when you re charge your account. They probably deduct the amount under the pretense of service charge.

I had a similar issue sometime back and decided to call Ufone and inquire about these charges that were being deducted daily. I was informed that I had subscribed to Info Services (don't know how and when i subscribed to it) and charges would be applicable until I un-subscribed by sending a code via SMS. There was no charge made the following day. However, they recovered the fee by the number of times I had to check my balance. Hope this helps you.
