Hi Guys, be aware , on Ufone website its clearly written when you change to package 5 ka 15, no fee will be charged, and i converted to that package and they deducted 35 ruppee from my balance,
when i complaint on their call center, they keep saying we have forwarded your complaint to concerned dept, but no resolution, and i know it wont resolve.
These people are deducting huge amount daily from customers with out letting them know. and earn extra amount, its really bullshit.
so be aware of this Chori of U Fone.
