Dear Sir,
Aslamo-Alikum.
I am very old user of U-Phone & using your mobile pre-paid services very frequently.
Since December 2011 ,I am facing a trouble. My u - Phone Mobile receiving un-Wanted and Un-Necessary messages very frequently. I almost remain without packages on your services. I do,not know the proper way to block these messages . Some messages e.g
(1) 12050520019665 '- Call back this number to listen * * And seek assistance through Patience and prayer and most surely it is a hard thing except for the humble
Ones 2;45 Reply. N- Next A- Arabic U- Urdu 9 Suppoting handsets only )
(2) 12045126484 ;- Sports 1) Qpr manager,s job , Hughes favourite to succeed neil Warnock 2) formula 1 future of valencia gand prix in doubt for details reply 1-2 N> More.
(3) No 120604 * Joke * Boss 15 din ki chuti kyun chahiye ,, Sardar Cousin ki shadi ha
etc etc .. and some time Advertising messages received e.g Cleaning the house water tank..
Dear sir,, I could not find the time to read even necessary message ... So , I request your humble to please.
(1) Block all these advertising and company and packages messages etc.
(2) Let me know the proper way to block any unnecessary message or Phone Number in
future . Please send the Procedure / Method to block these messages on my e-mail number or Phone through message.
(3) Also see please ,Why my Account credit Goes so frequently & if there is any package please discard it . In this regard any further information assistance or documentation if required , You may feel free to contect Thanks a lot .
